Beth Ann is a Computational Linguistics and Speech Technology Researcher with broad background in linguistics and particular expertise in areas related to Spoken Dialogue Systems/Conversational AI. She received her PhD in Linguistics and MSE in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Experienced in deploying Spoken Dialogue Systems in real-life applications and building advanced research prototypes, she was also the project lead for the first Spoken Dialogue System in Space. While at LivePerson, Beth Ann was a Senior Principal Data Scientist performing research and development to make conversational AI smarter and more responsive.
