We’re rolling out the red carpet for our new LivePerson Community and Customer Success Center, a space designed for both community engagement and self-guided learning. Within the community you’ll find all the resources you need to expand your skills and successfully set up and automate digital conversations for your business.

The community is home to multiple opportunities for learning and connection. We’re especially excited to debut our Conversational Growth Paths alongside our Connection Center.


Come grow with us

Conversational Growth Paths (CGPs) offer a strategic framework that ties best practices to benchmarks and outcomes. Our CGPs provide step-by-step guidance through specific journeys tied to each phase of our maturity model and aligned with each step in the Conversational Flywheel. You’ll walk through use cases, product capabilities, and documentation for putting them into action.

The five stages to conversational maturity include:
