Kelli McMillan – Head of Global Voice Partnerships

Kelli is a powerhouse in the channel and a passionate advocate for inclusivity and innovation. Joining LivePerson in 2024, she leads the global strategy to connect voice ecosystem partners with our Conversational Cloud®, building AI-powered CX solutions that span voice and digital. Kelli’s leadership has driven over $100 million in partner revenue growth, and she’s been widely recognized for her DE&I advocacy, including the Sistas in Sales Rising Legend Award and the Tech Innovator Award in 2024.

Janeen Pugh – Senior Alliance Manager

Janeen has been instrumental in expanding LivePerson’s partner ecosystem, onboarding key CCaaS partners, and launching new go-to-market strategies designed to drive revenue and long-term growth. Her ability to align objectives, optimize enablement, and strengthen collaboration has helped accelerate the success of both LivePerson and its partners.

Leticia Rocha – Channel Partner Manager

Leticia brings a global mindset and sharp strategic focus to her work, having driven a 60% year-over-year increase in strategic partner growth. Her leadership in optimizing partner enablement programs, enhancing partner relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes has been a key driver of LivePerson’s channel momentum across Latin America.

Sue Lee – Partner Experience Manager

Sue is the architect behind several of LivePerson’s most impactful partner-focused initiatives. In 2024, she led the launch of LivePerson’s first-ever Partner Community site and deal registration platform, enabling partners to manage their pipelines with greater autonomy. Her work has significantly improved partner engagement and operational efficiency across the channel.
