UC Today, the leading international news publication honoring excellence in unified communications and collaboration technology, awarded LivePerson with the gold trophy in the Best Contact Center Solutions category at the 2024 UC Awards.
The UC Awards honor groundbreaking innovations and achievements in the tech industry, with judging based on an organization’s ability to demonstrate innovation, improved experience, and execution. The judging panel included industry experts from across the globe who were charged with finding the best of the best UC and CX solutions.

In a video announcing LivePerson as the best contact center solutions winner, the judges explained they looking for contact center software use cases that they hadn’t heard of before. They paid close attention to solutions with proof points that benefited different types of customers and actually solved problems, like with customer service operations.
