- Embracing generative AI tools: TalkTalk’s journey with the generative AI agent tool, Copilot, marked a revolutionary step in their telecom digital transformation. They started with a pilot program in which agents would receive AI-powered recommendations for their responses to customers. Through this pilot, they saw a decrease in conversation duration by 7 minutes, a 5-point increase in NPS, and expedited agent speed to competency.
